Learn to play over Diatonic Chord Progressions in easy, progressive steps. In this lesson you will learn about the I-VI-II-V Chord Progression - You'll learn where it comes from, the Construction of each chord, the Chord Arpeggios, the Notes in each chord, the Interval relationship of the chord notes and you will also superimpose the Pentatonic Scale over the top.
Most of the harmony we play comes from the Major scale. The I-VI-II-V (& I-VI-IV-V) are used everywhere, from Pop to Jazz and are amongst the most common chord progressions we play.
