In the Batman franchise when Commissioner James Gordon says, “Everybody has to matter or nobody matters, otherwise people lose faith.” you would assume that he must be talking about the lawless and corrupt Gotham City, right? Well, think again because these “gentlemen” in uniforms are doing no favors to the much-scrutinized reputation of the entire law enforcement. But thankfully we don’t need a caped vigilante to serve justice, as in these cases the entitled cops get owned by Higher Authority.
