The workout:
Warm-up
Strength Circuits:
Ex 1: 40 sec work, 15 sec rest
Ex 2: 20 sec work, 15 sec rest
Repeat
Burnout: 1 min, 40 sec rest
Ex 2: 40 sec work, 15 sec rest
Ex 1: 20 sec work, 15 sec rest
Repeat
Burnout: 1 min, 40 sec rest
Circuit 1:
Ex 1: Kettlebell swing (high to low)
Ex 2: Deadlift + goblet squat
Burnout: Pop squat & twist
Circuit 2:
Ex 1: Plank walkout
Ex 2: Side v-crunch
Burnout: 3- way mountain climbers
Circuit 3:
Ex 1: Lunge w/ core twist, back knee drive
Ex 2: Side lunge, narrow squat
Burnout: Lunge touch down & reach/hop
Circuit 4:
Ex 1: (straight leg) Sit-ups
Ex 2: 1/2 burpee plank jack
Burnout: Bicycle (burnout)
Stretch!
