How does it work?

This is a brainwave entrainment audio session using isochronic tones combined with brown noise. The isochronic tones are the repetitive beats you can hear on top of the static sounding noise. How should you listen to this?

Use this video/track as a study aid or while working. Have it playing in the background to help mask out distracting sounds, and boost your alpha and beta brainwave activity, which is good for memorization and keeping you focused.

How loud should the volume be?

Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.
