-Chimichurri-
•1 bulb of minced garlic
•1 cup of finely chopped parsley
•1 cup of finely chopped cilantro
•1/4 cup red wine vinegar
•1 tsp lemon zest
•1 half lemon squeezed
•1 tbsp garlic powder
•1 tbsp coarse ground pepper
•1 jalapeño or you can sub for anything spicy
• salt to taste
•1/2 cup olive oil
-Wings-
•season with your favorite rub
•smoked on the Weber indirect w/ Apple wood till crispy using the Vortex indirect heat shield
You can chop by hand or just blend it all.
