The dispute surrounding the exclusion of Arise SA from the national ballot in the upcoming elections is still in question.The party is taking its challenge to court ahead of the general election next month. Arise SA will be on the provincial ballot but will not appear on the national and the regional list as things stand, due to non-compliance with Independent Electoral Commission regulations.
