In this clip we wanted to share the Single and Double swords of our system, the Visayan Style Corto Kadena Larga Mano Eskrima founded by the late and great Maestro Sonny Umpad.

We're using the 'gunting' or scissor foundations, capturing blocks while looking for entrances in between the timing and using our footwork to get out of the straight line and barrage of potential incoming strikes.
