The growing ESC building will be far from an office block. A permanent exhibition dedicated to the idea of Solidarity will lie at its heart. The library, reading rooms, and archives will be accessible to researchers and any interested reader alike. The conference room and other space -- to name e.g. the winter garden on the ground floor -- will host debates and concerts serving both ECS projects, and associations, foundations, and local initiatives, all working to the common good.
