ZILDJIAN K CUSTOM HYBRID OVERVIEW:
Professional cymbal with multiple tonal options.
Developed in conjunction with leading drum stylist Akira Jimbo, the Zildjian K Kustom Hybrid Crash cymbal features an innovative brilliant/traditional surface that produces different tones depending on where the cymbal is played for a musical "darkness with brilliance" combination. The inner half features the unlathed, brilliant finish of the K Custom Ride, while the outer half features the traditionally finished K Zildjian lathing. The unlathed section helps control the wash and sustain, making it ideal for recording and live situations.
PAISTE 2002 OVERVIEW :
Versatile and effective for multiple music applications.
Bright and full with a warm shimmer that carries well. Very dynamic and full-bodied, with immediate response. Washy stick sound with lively intensity and medium sustain. A good all-purpose crash.
Made with CuSn8 bronze for a bright, warm, and energetic tone. Great for live and studio gigs requiring high energy and the utmost in precision and musicality. Heavier models have been added to round out the original classic series by providing increased volume.
PAISTE SIGNATURE OVERVIEW :
A great all-around crash!
Bright, full, warm, brilliant sparkling. Wide range, balanced, clean mix. Even response with warm, shimmering sustain. A very versatile, general-purpose crash cymbal. Medium weight with soft to medium-loud volume, washy stick sound, lively intensity, medium sustain, and integrated bell.
