Today's recipe is simply irresistible! Tender pork chops in a creamy garlic mushroom herb sauce, it's ready in under 20 minutes so let's get started!
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
Mushroom Sauce:
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
salt & pepper
fresh parsley
Directions: Season the pork chops then fry them in a skillet until internal temp reaches 140 F. Place them to the side. Add the mushrooms to the pan and sauté them a few minutes till soft then add the garlic for a few seconds being careful not to burn. Add the cream and chicken broth to the pan and add the Italian seasoning to the sauce. Allow the sauce to thicken, add the chops back into the pan and enjoy!!
Serve these with zucchini noodles if you're doing the keto diet or if not serve this with some mashed potatoes!
