Solo truck camping in my cozy truck cap camper on a rainy day up the Squamish Valley River forestry road in BC. Found a mossy clearing and shacked up for the night with the relaxing sound of rain on the canopy roof.

Meals
Levi's Steak Sandy w/ Grilled Asparagus and Tomatoes
- Cut of steak
- Sliced mushrooms
- Chopped garlic
- Chunk of butter
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- Thick slice of bread
- Bushel of asparagus
- Handful of baby tomatoes'

Fry up sliced mushrooms and garlic in butter and set aside. Coat steak in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Butter bread and grill alongside asparagus and tomatoes. Grill up steak and stack on bread along with mushrooms mixture.
