Ingredients

Full cream milk - 1 Litre
Thick curd - 3 Tbsp

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Servings: 4

METHOD:

1. Wash the mudpots you want to prepare the curd in. Keep them aside.
2. Boil the thick milk and let it cool down a bit.
3. While the boiled milk is not so hot but a little more than warm in temperature, add fresh curd and mix well with the milk.
4. Once done, transfer the milk mixture into mudpots.
5. Keep the mudpots in a warm place for 8 hours for the curd to set.
6. After 8 hours, you can find the curd nicely set.
7. Enjoy the thick curd as you like.
