While we were making the album, we encountered ourselves pushing towards dance oriented music, especially from Latin America. Juli started to incorporate Spanish and Nico started embracing more beat oriented production. We ended up with a record that made us feel really good in a physical and emotional way - it traced back to this uplifting spirit of the music we had grown up with. Each song had this grace that was very attractive to us, and so, the word CARISMA (spanish for charisma) kind of defines that. It synthesizes that visceral sensation, the inexplicable emotion that we’re look for in a lyric, a bit of music or simply an idea.

Beyond the album, the timing of it's release is important to us because it's a really weird time for all of us and we can only hope that these songs, which felt uplifting to us, can uplift people in their homes and bring light to them in this dark time we're collectively living through.
