LCol Rhonda Crew spent her career as a nursing officer caring for the women and men of the Canadian Armed Forces. Many events throughout her career contributed to a post-traumatic stress disorder diagnosis, and she knew she had to take care of herself in order to care for others. Applying and being chosen as an athlete for the 2018 Invictus Games Canadian team was just the first step. This year’s Invictus Games kicked off on Saturday, October 20th in Sydney, Australia.
