Silchar (Assam) July 04 (ANI): The flood situation in Cachar district is still grim as more than 10.19 lakh people of district are still affected. Many people of the district are still taking shelter on roads, embankments. Many parts of Silchar of Barak Valley are still inundated. According to the district administration, the water level of Barak River is again flowing above danger level mark and the district administration has alerted the people.(HR)
