4 apples
150 grams natural yogurt
3 eggs
A pinch of cinnamon
Optional: Extra cinnamon for sprinkling

-First, let's prepare our apples. Peel the apples, core them, and cut them into pieces.
-Then, place the apple pieces in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
-Add the three eggs to the apple puree,

-Finally, add a pinch of cinnamon.
-Mix everything well until you have a smooth batter.
-Once everything is well mixed, pour the batter into individual ceramic ramekins.
-Place the ramekins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 30 minutes.
-After 30 minutes, your apple gratins should be golden and set. Remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
-For an optional finishing touch, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top before serving.
