Lindiwe Sisulu says she has noted Acting Chief Justice Raymond Zondo's response to a recent opinion piece.
Speaking in a media briefing yesterday, Zondo said Sisulu, who according to the article was writing in her personal capacity, had insulted the judiciary without any analysis or facts.
In the article titled "Hi Mzansi, have we seen justice?", Sisulu questioned the moral standing of the country's judges. The EFF has slammed Acting Chief Justice Raymond Zondo for holding a media conference to respond to Lindiwe Sisulu's attack on the judiciary.
Zondo called the media briefing yesterday after Sisulu's controversial article in which she referred to unnamed black judges as mentally colonized Africans who had settled for the mindset of those who had dispossessed their ancestors.
Zondo said she had insulted the judiciary without any analysis or facts.
The EFF says Zondo's response is misguided and misplaced and only serves to prejudice Sisulu and those who hold similar views.
