You join me for a trip during May when I decided to finally commence my tench fishing and on a water that can be very moody but one that I have an affinity with.
As many of you know I am not a huge fan of runs waters for any species or indeed overly commercial venues (to each their own) I prefer places to be challenging and to have a certain atmosphere about them, be that the rivers or lakes that I enjoy fishing. What you see with me is a warts and all approach to my angling and that will never change.
