Recipe:
- Servings 3 - 4
- cooking time 30 -40 mins,
- Temp 200C | 390F

- 100g (3.5oz) of Ham
- 3 Shallots
- 150g (5oz) of Gruyere or Guda
- 300ml (1.2 cups) of heavy cream, or Half Cream, Half Milk.
- 2 whole eggs, and 1 egg yolk
- Handful of fresh Parsley
- 1 pie crust.
- Salt to taste
