This is the first 360-degree high resolution panorama in color of the Gale Crater landing site taken by NASA's Mars Science Laboratory, sharpening our views of an intriguing channel, layered buttes and a layer of cobbles and pebbles embedded in a finer matrix of material.
The panorama was made of images taken by Curiosity's Mast Camera.
