As the initial point of drug discovery, it is crucial to obtain high-quality SARS-CoV-2 proteins as starting materials for immunization and lead compound screenings. This presentation focused on Sino Biological current progress of using recombinant protein expression technology to construct a protein library containing important SARS-CoV-2 structural proteins and their mutants as well as a collection of virus enzymes to facilitate drug screening campaigns.
