Repeater Pistol with Flicker Cloak for a shield. Why not.

Devastator to apply bleed at range.

I picked up melee +damage talents, plus status duration to make the bleeds last longer and heal more. Added +healing talents to make bleeds heal for more. This build helps you take minimal damage with excellent self-sustain.
