Day 3 of our 6 day girls' vacation to Mexico in 2021! We are staying at the Iberostar Tucan & Quetzal in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Join us as we walk around the beautiful resort, learn how the conversion rate of peso to USD works (or doesn't), ride on a catamaran sailboat and Munchkin's first time snorkeling! I learn that boats and alcohol are a dangerously good combination (they like to pour heavy), and later we hit up dinner in Bonsai, the Japanese hibachi restaurant at the Iberostar Tucan.
