This cake is so delicious that I bake it almost every day!
Ingredients: (pan size 30x20 cm)
Flour - 300 g / 1.8 cups
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 5 g / 1 tsp
Icing sugar - 70 g / 5 tbsp
Butter - 150 g / 5.2 oz
Zest of one lemon
Egg - 1 pc
Sour cream - 40 g / 2 tbsp
Filling:
Cottage cheese / Cream cheese - 500 g / 18 oz
Sugar - 100 g / 6 tbsp
Eggs - 2 pcs
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Milk - 100 ml
Corn starch - 40 g / 3.5 tbsp
Almonds optional
Bake at 160°C (320~°F) 60 minutes
