Comparison between human dancer and 3D dance avatar. The 3D dance avatar was built with a video pose and shape estimation method called "Video Inference for Body Pose and Shape Estimation (VIBE)". Basically, it is an AI algorithm that detects a human body in the video and overlays a 3D mesh on top of it in real-time.
