✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
* Oil(तेल) - 2 Serving Spoon
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tsp
* Green Cardamom(हरी इलायची) - 3-4
* Cinnamon Stick(दालचीनी) - 2 Small Piece
* Black Cardamom(काली/बड़ी इलायची) - 1
* Black Pepper Seeds(काली मिर्च) - Some
* Clove(लौंग) - Some
* Bay Leaf(तेज पत्ता) - 2-3
* Onion(प्याज) - 3
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 4-5 Piece
* Tomato(टमाटर) - 4 Big Size
* Water(पानी) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) -2 Tsp
* Crushed Red Chilli(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/2 Tsp
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Potato(आलू) - 600 Gram
* Water(पानी) - Some
* Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - 1 Tbsp
* Green Chilli( हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
* Crushed Garam masala (कुटा गरम मसाला) - Some
* Cottage Cheese/Paneer(पनीर) - 400 Grams
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing

For Rice:
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Spoon
* Water(पानी) - 2 Bowl
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) -1/2 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Rice(चावल) - 1 Bowl, Soaked

RECIPE:
Take some Cottage Cheese, cut it into cubes & fry them in the medium-heated Oil. Put the fried Cottage Cheese in hot milk & keep it aside.
For Sabzi, keep the pan on the flame, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon sticks, Bay Leaf, Cloves, Black Pepper, Black Cardamom, & Green Cardamom & saute them. Turn the flame slow & put finely chopped Onion, Garlic n Ginger & cook till the onion turns golden in color. Then put finely chopped Tomatoes, some Water & Salt. Cook them on a medium flame for 5-7 mins by covering them. Mash the Veggies by the masher. Put some Spices like Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, chopped Potatoes & some Water in it. Cover the pan with its lid and cook the potatoes on low to medium heat for 15 minutes. Check while the potatoes are cooking. At last, add some Dried Fenugreek Leaves, crushed Garam Masala & fried Cottage Cheese/Paneer & Water & cook all for 5 minutes. Garnish with Coriander Leaves & mix very well and then turn off the heat. Serve the Tasty Aloo Paneer with Jeera Rice & enjoy the meal.
For Rice, take some Rice and soak it for half an hour. Keep the pan for heating, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, some Water, Salt to taste & Soaked Rice in it & mix it well. Cover it half and cook it well on a high flame & cook it on a slow flame for 3-4 mins. Put some Chopped Coriander Leaves & serve it. In this way, Homemade/Mom Made Aloo Paneer Sazi will get ready easily at home.
