I was really nervous for this event. The bar was slippery and it was my first time taking the ACFT so I wanted to do well. I had pulled 345lbs in training and really tried to focus on gripping the bar well and driving with me legs.
For the ACFT you must pick up and place down the bar gently otherwise they wont count your reps. You cant bounce the bar. I consider this video a good example on how to handle the bar. Goodluck.
