We are Mari & Lena, two mostly sane Brighton mums with five year old boys. This channel was conceived on a rainy winter evening around Mari’s dining table. The kids were playing upstairs. We were drinking gin and talking, some might call it ranting, about how unrealistic picture most mummy vlogs painted about parenting, and particularly motherhood.
Or was it just tired, old us? So old in fact that the medical term for us (and everyone falling pregnant over the grand old age of 35) is GERIATRIC mothers. What was that about?!, we asked and moved on to wine. We were out of tonic. So begun our crusade to show what parenting is really like, unfiltered.
