I'm using Vanish Carpet Care liquid solution. If you can get hands on Vanish Carpet Care powder, I would highly suggest this as I've used it in the past and it has worked wonderfully. In any case, just make sure that you spend enough time rubbing the product.

Where needed e.g. in case of stains apply more product, several times.

The liquid solution takes a few hours to dry, but one day on the stains as you applied more product there. If you use powder instead, you can finish the work the same day. Let the product work until it dries, so you can vacuum it - that's usually a few hours. The powder gives the carpet a very fresh scent👌☺️
