Macros 1 serving: 685 calories, 63C, 23F, 58P
180g chicken breast
60g dry pasta
100g red bell pepper
50g onion
25g cheddar
50g evaporated milk
1g cornstarch
15g oil
1/2 tsp each smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
salt and black pepper
I made 3 servings in my video. You can make more, just multiply the ingredients by the number you want to meal prep.
Cook the pasta al dente and then drain the pasta water but save 1 glass of pasta water for later.
Chop up vegetables and slice chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add all seasoning into a bowl and mix. Then add the chicken to the bowl with some oil and mix until combined. Combine cheese, milk, and cornstarch in a bowl and mix.
Sautee the vegetables with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes and then remove them from the pan. Then add the chicken and fry the chicken on both sides for 90 seconds.
Add back the vegetables give everything a stir and switch off the heat. Add cheese sauce and keep stirring for 30 seconds until sauce is melted.
Add cold pasta to the pan and mix everything. Distribute into meal prep container and freeze for up to 3 months.
