This is the final scene in Season 2 Episode 12: 'Awakened', where Piper thanks Leo for saving her life. Leo tells Piper he always hoped they'd get a second chance. The song in the background is 'Five Fathoms' by Everything But The Girl. The version used is a slightly faster one than the original which I'll upload in another video.
