Extremely easy and just need few ingredients to have the delicious brownie bites ready. It tastes even more delicious with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. Deserts in a mug are perfect solution for quick sweet cravings and takes only a few mins in microwave.

Ingredients:
1 egg room temperature
4 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp flour
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla powder or extract
2 tbsp chocolate chunks
1 tbsp choco chips for topping
big size mug
Let’s get going:
1. Crack an egg in a mug then add in sugar and beat it with a fork.
2. Add in oil, cocoa powder, flour, salt, vanilla, choco chunks and mix until well combined.
3. Top it with more choco chips and transfer the mug into microwave and cook on full power for one minute.
4. Top it with ice cream and enjoy!
Note: Take care for the cooking time in microwave, excess time may make the brownie dry and chewy. You may also do this whole process in a bowl and then transfer in a mug.
