You liked the workouts with Beth that I posted back in January, so I've prepared a Summer shredded body challenge that consists of seven 10-minute workout videos which I will be posting each day for a whole week starting today. You can do all seven videos for a great full body burn or choose those that target specific body parts if you don't have time to do all of them.
