Hi everyone, welcome back, or if you are new thank you so much for watching this video, I am incredibly grateful.

This week has been a mixture of highs and lows. We had a lovely day on Wednesday, visiting the Aquarium and coming home to receive my new Le Creuset delivery in the evening. Friday came around and I felt incredibly overstimulated, honestly, it was a struggle to get through the day - it just goes to show that no matter how "together" you have it, every single person can have days were they just need to survive and that is okay. It's important to remember, we are all human. If you're having one of those days, or even weeks, remember, it is okay, it is temporary and if you need someone to talk to, please reach out to me. We ended the week on a high, going into Chester to do our food shop and popping to Planet doughnut for a little cafe stop before going buying Tod's duvet and pillow. He was absolutely made up!
Seeing my children happy has got to be the most heart warming feeling I have ever experienced.
