This scene comes from S1:E14B (Pups Save a Goodway), when Ryder and the pups are getting City Hall ready for Great-Great-Great-Great-Grandpa Grover Day, Ryder and Zuma are blowing up balloons. Ryder tells Zuma that he has a lot of balloons already and starts to float away. Thankfully, Ryder catches Zuma with his super fast reflexes.
