heal chrono is BACK on the menu!

again reminder that this is for the LIVE version of mesmer, aka on a non-beta testing character. that means it will be playable even after the beta event, and you will get full credit for events and account progress :D

honestly, this build is incredibly strong. in addition to the metric fuk ton of healing, you get access to all of the mesmer utility that normally you'd bully ur dps mesmers into bringing. it was a little weird to play at first because the majority of your healing is from shatters and mantra spamming, but once you're used to it, you can literally play the build one-handed (shown later in the video, lol)
