Raisins Paste: 2 tsp
Mace & Nutmeg Paste: 1 tbsp

Ghee: 4 tsp
Chilli powder: 6 tsp

For Meat Cooking:
Cardamom: 24-25 pcs
Cinnamon Stick: 10 pcs (Small)
Bay Leaves: 8-9 pcs
Fried Onion: 1 cup
Sugar: 2 tsp

For Rice Boiling
Rice: 2KG
Cardamom: 9-10 pcs
Bay Leaves: 2-3 pcs
Cinnamon Stick: 3-4 pcs (Small)
Water: 1.25 ltr
Milk: 0.5 ltr
Whole Black Pepper: 2 tsp
