Learn how to freeze peaches from Better Homes and Gardens. Start by making a shallow X at the bottom of each peach. Boil water in a large pot and add three to four peaches at a time for 30 to 60 seconds. Move the peaches to a bowl of iced water and let them soak. Use your fingers to peel the skin off of each peach. Transfer the peeled peaches to a cutting board and slice the fruit in half around the pit and then cut out the pit. Cut the peaches into slices and arrange them in a single layer on a freezer ready tray. Cover with plastic and store in the refrigerator.
