May I excuse for the lack of Introduction on the video. Let me give you a short background of Central Battery System.
For all facilities, especially High Rise Buildings, it is very required to have Emergency Lights and Exit Light System. On the exits, you will often see in Green and White Color signage showing FIRE EXIT / EXIT. These are always turned on 24hours.
While Emergency lights are also mounted on the ceiling inside lighting Fixture and will only Turn on if there is POWER SHUTDOWN OR INTERRUPTION.
2 types of Power supply: (1)
Connected to Generator and Emergency System (2) Connected to Central Battery system which we have loads of Batteries connected in series and on 12V and are often rechargeable. ( We are now taking option 2 )
2 types of Central Battery System
(1) Non addressable ( faulty devices can only be connected after technicians do troubleshooting )
(2) Addressable ( All connected devices - emergency and exit lights have labeling on the system via their control panel, and technicians can automatically see which devices are busted / not working properly / faulty and from which locations and zone )
