27-year old female patient underwent bilateral Buccal Fat Removal to reduce the fullness in her cheeks, and to achieve a more contoured facial appearance. Buccal Fat pads are extracted from the central cheek, inside the mouth. No external incisions are necessary. Swelling can take a few weeks to resolve with final results being visible typically 3 months post procedure.
