Kakiage is one of the Tempura dish, Japanese vegetable fritters. Tempura needs some technique to make it crispy texture and moisture inside, but this Kakiage recipe doesn't need any difficult technique. Just slice the vegetables and mix with the flour mix😊. I always make this Kakiage when I have 3 vegetables in fridge, carrot, onion and green pepper, but you can choose any vegetables that doesn't contain much water, for example, any kinds of mushrooms, sweet potato and corns. You can also add some shrimp. It can be a topping for Donburi or Udon and Soba noodle, as well😋
