In the Boruto anime, one of the strongest Otsutsuki was shown to us - Isshiki, who defeated Naruto and Sasuke twice. However, due to his vessel, he never got to show us his full power. This animation shows that they would both lose, as Kaguya would be revived in Madara, and Isshiki would crumble into dust.
