Points to think about ahead of taking part in the Yoga session:
I confirm that I have no medical conditions, pre-existing health conditions or health risks that would prevent me from taking part in this group. If I am not sure, I will discuss with my GP before attending. I also agree to inform the instructor if my health changes and impacts my ability to participate safely in the session.
I am also aware that under certain circumstances, it may be necessary to
gain my doctor’s medical clearance before taking part in this class. I agree that I will speak to my doctor before taking part in this activity to give me clearance to attend.
3. I agree that if I experience any pain or discomfort during the class, I will
listen to my body and discontinue the activity.
4. I understand that these classes are not a substitute for medical attention, diagnosis or examination.
5. I understand that this class includes physical movements which carry a
risk of injury, as well as an opportunity for relaxation and mindfulness, I
confirm that I will not hold the instructor or FREED or any associates of FREED responsible for any injuries sustained during class.
6. I confirm that I will listen to my body and not push myself beyond my limits, and that I take responsibility for my own care for my body.
7. I understand that the intention of the FREED yoga is not therapy or a substitute for therapy.
8. I understand that due to the sessions being delivered online, that the instructor cannot see me. These classes are here to support those with eating difficulties, but the responsibility lies with me to take care of myself.
9. I agree not to push my body beyond its limits.
