APPREHENDED THREE PERSONS WHO CHEATED INNOCENT PEOPLE
FOR DELIVERING THE SHARE OF QURBANI (HISSAS) ON BAKRID FESTIVAL HABEEB NAGAR PS, SOUTH WEST ZONE, HYDERABAD
The Sleuths of Habeeb Nagar Police, Asif Nagar Division, South West Zone, Hyderabad nabbed three persons who are involved in Cheating the innocent people in Cr. No: 234/2024 U/s 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 IPC, Sec 66 D of IT Act & Sec 5 of Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act 1999 of PS Habeeb Nagar and Seized Amount of Rs 23,00,000/-, One Lenovo Thinkpad i5 Laptop Black colour, One Kingston Pen drive (64 Gb) , 3 Mobile Phones from possession of Accused persons A1 to A3.

A2: Mohd Zafar Ahmed, S/o Mohd Abdul Jabbar, Age: 29 Years, Occ; Private Employee, R/o plot No: 39, PNT Colony, Suncity, Bandlaguda Jagir
A3: Mohd Ashfaq, S/o Mohd Abdul Jabbar, Age: 27 Years, Occ; Cab Driver, R/o plot No: 39, PNT Colony, Suncity, Bandleader Jagir

Facts of the case:-
On 17.06.2024 at about 21:00 received a complaint from Sri Abdul Bari Rehan S/o Mohd Abdul Salem Arif, Age 37 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o H. No: 10-2-9/11, Imam Residency AC guards, Shanthinagar, Aghapura, Hyd, reported that, in view of Bakrid festival for HISSA Purpose, he had consulted to KHIDMATH Foundation at New Mallepally, backside of Anwar-Ul-Uloom College, Gate No. 2, Opp Prime Function hall. The foundation is running by one Nisar Ahmed, who is founder and had set up counters at different locations in twin cities, to collect the money for HISSAs. The foundation assured to deliver the HISSA on festival day. As such he have paid Rs. 28000/- for 10 HISSA to Naser, © 6305794024. On 17.06.2024 festival day, the person failed to deliver the HISSA to him, he tried to call him on phone, but no response from him and not answering any calls. To enquire about him he went to the place where he had paid money. There he found many others came for Naser from different localities who paid for HISSAs through online payment mode Gpay and Phonepe and cash. They were also not received their HISSAs and got cheated by Nasar. have paid money to him, and he had given a payment receipt in the name of KHIDMATH Foundation to everyone, as he don’t have any other information about him and other details, the only receipt he have which he had given to him. Since he was running this foundation from 4 to 5 years, he gained the faith among the public and collected the bulk amount from more than 100 members and failed to deliver the HISSA and went absconding. Hence requested to take necessary action against him”.
