The patient has a breast deformity (pectus excavatum) where her chest wall caves in. In order to correct this deformity, Dr. Tehrani places shaped silicone implants into the patient's chest. After, Dr. Tehrani closes the incision site and the patient will be happy with her new C-cup breasts.
