Ha Ha Tonka State Park is a wonderful green expanse spread over an area of 3,709.74 acres (1,501 hectares). Established in 1978, this Missouri State Park is managed by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. It offers a slew of exciting activities like hiking, boating, swimming, and fishing. One of the prime attractions in the park is the Ha Ha Tonka Castle which is presently in a ruinous state as it was burned down by a huge fire in 1942. There are well-marked trails for nature lovers. There are caves and springs, sinkholes, tunnels, and other natural formations that attract several visitors throughout the year.
