Pre-heat oven at 200°c/390°F/Gas Mark 6.

Ingredients

For the Bake:

2 x Puff Pastry Sheets
2 x Chicken Breasts
4 x Rashers of Smoked Bacon

For the sauce:
50g Butter
50g Plain Flour
400ml Milk
3 Tbsp Cranberry Sauce
Handful of Cranberries
5 x Fresh Sage Leaves

For the stuffing:

1 x Large Onion
Handful of Fresh Sage
250g Breadcrumbs
1 x Egg, beaten
1 Tbsp Milk
Salt
Pepper

For the topping:
1 Egg, beaten
2 - 3 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp Onion Granules
1 Tbsp Dried Sage
