This is a total core workout that focuses on all areas of the core with no rest or repeats, and also helps tone your legs and slim your thighs. This workout is for lower abs, upper abs & side abs, as well as your legs/thighs
Caro's Tips:
Make sure to keep your lower back flat on the mat to protect yourself! Activate your lower abs while resting your head. Remember to lift your legs with the strength of your abs, not your thighs - this is what makes a great workout!
No equipment necessary, no breaks and not much space needed to perform these exercises.
