I have seen a few of these TCL TVs that have a problem with the backlight. In this video I will show you how to repair a very common problem for cheap TVs. This TCL 55s401 needs a replacement backlight. Lots of TVs with similar problems get thrown away because large televisions are getting cheaper. Repairing your old TV can be a fun way to save some money and avoid contributing to the growing E-waste problem.
