In this episode, Dave talks about Article of faith #3 of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The article states, “We believe that through the Atonement of Christ, all mankind may be saved, by obedience to the laws and ordinances of the Gospel.”
While this Article of Faith raises questions about salvation by grace or works, Dave first focuses on the difference between salvation and exaltation. He also explains the Latter-day Saint belief in a 3-tiered “Heaven” as opposed to the traditional one-Heaven, one-Hell doctrine that most Christians are accustomed to.
